Membership

Membership is currently free. HKJMA reserves the right to charge service or membership fees in any form in the future.

Members agree that personal data and company information provided during membership registration and on other occasions will be stored in HKJMA's databases. These data may be used by HKJMA, and/or passed on to third parties for the promotion and marketing of products and services.

Governing Law

The governing law is the law of Hong Kong. In the event of any dispute, you agree to seek resolution through friendly negotiation. Should these disputes be brought to court, you agree to bring it to and have it settled by the courts in Hong Kong.

Privacy Policy

Our operation complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in Hong Kong. All collected data will be processed in strictest confidence.

What data are collected

We hold details of our members, including company names, contact persons, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, country, email addresses, and business nature, together with other information which may be necessary, or helpful, to the provision of our services.

Purpose

It is necessary for our members to provide us accurate data in connection with the provision of services offered by the websites.

1. The daily operation of our websites and its services
2. Conducting visitor/member/advertiser, product and service surveys

Directories
